the chow platter starts to focus on the cheese and meats building on the earlier platter by offering a couple of additional selections
like all of our the social platter co. platters, they come all boxed up on plywood platters 480mm x 350mm

The contents of your Chow Platter will be:

cheeses ~ kapiti brie, kapiti camembert log, yolo gouda smoked, yolo gouda and cumin
verkerks fine meats ~ hot pork, pastrami, shaved ham, chorizo, dutch salami, Italian salami
the social platter co. spreads and dips ~ tspc pate, corn relish spread, spinach and onion dip
antipasto items ~ kalamata olives, caperberries
