Chow Platters - (better than our Graze)
Brilliant, you're about to order?
Remember the pricing of our platters is based on your guests having a small feast. If you don't intend on your platter being the main meal then halve the number that we recommend. If you want nibbles for 50 people then our recommendation is to order our platter for 30 or 35.
The contents of your Chow Platter will be:
cheeses ~ brie, camembert, havarti, gouda cumin aged tasty
verkerks fine meats ~ hot pork, pastrami, shaved ham, roast beef, chorizo, salami
Antipasto Items ~ kalamata olives, caperberries
the social platter co. spreads and dips ~ tspc pate, two of our amazing hummus
the social platter co. cheese ball
the social platter co. crackers ~ A couple our own Lavosh's & Knackerbrod
the social platter co. breads
fruits ~ four types of seasonal fruits and dried fruit
our famous salted caramel truffles
chocolates and other assorted bits and peices, but a whole lot of socialnesss
(NB. Sometimes we have to make substitutions due to supply issues.)
New item: the social platter co. cheese cob (served on platters for 20 or more. people)
