Fully Glazed Ham with honey, soy, brown sugar and cloves glaze . This is complimented with 50 x dinner rolls and 50 x butters and seeded mustard. You can choose to recieve this sliced or unsliced. Slices come in approximately 80gram slices.
Note: When we buy the ham its is approximately between 9kg and 10kg in weight. We then take off the skin and a layer of fat for cutting in the diagonal lines. The cooking process also removes around 10% of the water contained within the ham. This may mean you ham arrives approximately 8kgs.
